Umiam Lake - A Great Place for quick tea break on the way from Guwahati to Shillong, Meghalaya

Umiam Lake is a beautiful place to take a stop while you are traveling from Guwahati to Shillong, but it's not just a lunch break spot but a popular tourist place where lot of tourists in this area come and enjoy water-sports apart from day-time picnic activities around lake-side.
