3rd Edition of Delhi Photo Festival at IGNCA, New Delhi (India)


This weekend I visited IGNCA for Delhi Photo Festival As I reached I found plenty of cars parked outside the IGNCA compound.After finding a space for parking, we headed towards the entry gate andgot to know that ‘Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav’ is also happening. Afterlooking at the environment at IGNCA, I was not sure if it is good forDelhi Photo Festival or not.
