It was my Nth visit to Chandigarh and also walked to beautiful rose garden. It was a long walk from Sukhna Lake to Rose garden via Rock Garden and Leisure valley. This visit to Chandigarh was special because Vibha was accompanying me and we planned to walk around the city. A good company makes an exploration more exciting.

The peaceful environment of rose garden makes your visit very relaxing.
It seems he has done good business and taking a nap before he takes next round of rose garden. These folks keep walking around the garden to serve folks roaming around or sitting under trees.
In the month of august, whole rose garden was full of different kinds of roses. Fragrances of all these roses was very pleasant.
Most of the photographs shared in this Photo Journey are clicked with Samsung S5, although my personal favorite is Huawie Honor 6 Plus, which gives brilliant bokeh because of dual lens.
Rose garden has few water fountains installed. The one in the centre is huge. Only one of them was running when we visited rose garden in daytime. It seems that fountains look more beautiful in evening and all the fountains are active in evenings.
Now rose garden also has kids section with lot of options to play. A well maintained kid section makes it a best option for family outing. On same day, a group of kids were celebrating their friend's birthday.
There is a canteen in rose garden which offers basic snacks and drinks. They have written lot of options on the walls, but very few were actually available when we reached the counter :).
Well paved paths around roses make it very convenient to walk around these green & colorful landscapes.
