Annual team trip was organized in November this year, which came as another opportunity to meet our team-mates in a different way. All such outings are awesome and many new talents come out as surprize. Let's see how it was and what exactly it uncovered during our recent trip to Tarangi Resort in Jim Corbett National Park...Riya with her Mom (Shalini) during evening bonfire. Antakshri was going on at this point of time and some of the folks had started missing dinner. Riya and Shalini spent two nights at this place and I am sure they must have liked the second evening with us :)Anurag Gupta on Guitar and singing some songs for whole group sitting around bonfire. Ankur and Alok are convincing him to select their favorite songs and also trying to sing along... Ankur was smiling most of the times and Alok was dedicatedly looking at the song-plan(lyrics with appropriate punctuation marks).Playing cards, best company while group disperses and some set of folks are still not ready to sleep. One group was more interested in teen patti while other wanted to play sweep. But one thing was common, none of these groups wanted to sleep. Early Morning, Safari was planned and evryone had to get up at 5:00 am. So finally we slept at 2:30 am. In the morning, we were surprised to know that most enthusiatic photographer of the group is not up for Wildlife Safari. Most of the folks missed Ashish in morning, as he was also playing cards whole night...Riya playing with Aditi, who is not clearly visible in this photograph. Riya and Aditi became friends during this trip only and they were together most of the time. They were the acting royals and ordered random things. Folks around them were confused about their orders, as they didn't want to say 'NO' and at times tasks were really difficult to do there :) ... This is what I heard and not very sure of examples of the tasks they assigned. Some of the folks completely relaxed during the stay at Tarangi Resort. Ankur is one of them. He didn't even go for Early Morning Safari. Akshaya, Shalini and Riya also preferred to relax at Resort rather than fighting for an early morning safari inside Jim Corbett National Park. In above Photograph, Ankur is sitting on the river-bank and he spent approximately 3 hrs there after breakfast. Kosi river was flowing on one side of this resort. In fact some part this resort had got swept away with the heavy flow of the Kosi river during the monsoons. We had hired some professional Photographers to cover our trip and have a nice story in Lonely Planet :) ... btw, these are few of the photographers in our team. Anchita, Megha and Vashita. Most of the folks in our teams were carring DSLRs and some of them were always carrying one. I was one of them, but somehow I clicked very less number of photographs this time :) Paper-dance was one of the evening activity during bonfire. There were various rounds and couples were eliminated very fast. After some time, it was difficult for two folks to place their feet on folded newspaper. So everyone applied different techniques. Saurabh-Ekta and Swarnima-Sanyam were final winners although Swarnima was disqualified earlier :) ... There were some non-couple teams to participate in paper-dance - RamP-Aditya and Riya-Aditi !!!While the whole group was involved in Antakshari, a few folks were involved in some other interesting discussions and slowly folks started joining this group and others moved on to dinner. First target was the guitarist who was playing well with Antakshari songs.Sweep, Bluff and other games.. All tried during the trip and there was no time limit... Anytime, anywhere without worries of work :) ... Even meal timings could be adjusted while playing cards... I also tried playing Uno in the bus during te return journey to Noida. I played one game and decided not to play this game again. I found it really boring...During the trip we had early morning Safari inside Jim Corbett National Park where we saw Barking deer, Spotted deer, Kingfisher, Eagle and other colorful birds... and yes, how can I forget pugmarks of a Tiger.Saurabh and Ekta waiting outside the cottage when resort-staff is cleaning their room. This was one of the interesting things, which was unique this time. Out of five ship-trips during last five years, this was the first time folks got rooms after 5 Hrs of wait. Our bus reached at Tarangi at 7:30 am and approximately 25 folks stood outside and waited for the next call about the rooms. Saurabh and Ekta in above photograph were amongst that lot of 25 folks...Shalini offering something to eat. Riya and Aditi were together almost everytime, except when they had to go to sleep. Cottages at Tarangi were decent.Aditi going towards Riya's cottage to figure out why she is taking so much time inside...Garry, one of the most travelled person in our team who recently got married. This is his first ship-trip after marriage. Neelam is accopnying him after lunch and she is a brilliant singer. It's breakfast time and girls prefered to have it in open area outside Restaurant. Vashita, Anchita and Megha !!!Aditi in some dancing pose and Riya is looking at some other side. BTW, Photographs don't say the truth always. Here they were discussing about the next game they were going to play. At times Aditya, Aditi's bro, also joined them. After breakfast, everyone was in a mode of relaxing on river bank. These benches were facing Kosi river, which was near the restaurant at Tarangi ResortSome folks reached the river bank... It seems, Anurag and Vaibhav are trying to understand something :) ... Gahan ChintanTambola Time... This was the first day after lunch when people were not sure about the next plan... So they played Tambola to pass time... btw, Cricket was another popular activity which I didn't cover...Let's see what's there on the top of this restaurant - Aditi with her Mom !!! And it seems there were some wonderful views of kosi river and the whole resort...Here come Riya and Aditi, competing other couples in Paper-Dance. and this team reached the Semi-finals !!!Time when everyone was madhosh in sur-ganga :) ... Anurag sang many songs on Guitar with Alok & Ankur accompnying him.Ram also sang a Hindi song during the first day evening...Some photography during Early Morning Safari inside Jim Corbett National Park. Saurabh, Ekta and Tarun !!Time to pack the bags and come back to office :) Few folks had come in their personal vehicles and planning out the back journey towards Delhi !!! Ram, Ashish, Ridhi, Anmol and Dipti...Finally Tiger came to our resort to meet the lion of our group, Mr. Dhruv !!!

During the trip we had early morning Safari inside Jim Corbett National Park where we saw Barking deer, Spotted deer, Kingfisher, Eagle and other colorful birds... and yes, how can I forget pugmarks of a Tiger.

Dhruv !!!
