With each day, beauty of the hills are surprising us and fifth day was very special because we had to go to the highest point of the terrain... Check out these Photographs to get a feel of this Journey with Riders form various parts of the world ..A small village on the way to Bahu, which was our final destination of fifth day of MTB Himachal 2010 .. There were lot of beautiful villages on this whole stretch which were surrounded by huge deodar(cedar) trees and colorful hills...Most of the houses have these slanted roofs in hills... Because these areas get heavy rainfall and snowfall, so these slopes help water/snow to go down directly to avoid extra load... Most of the houses were made up of rough stones and wood...Here is a sample road we crossed on fifth day and most of the stretch had these kinds of roads... Its was very exciting ride for most of the riders of MTB Himachal 2010 and they loved it !!!Girl going back home with cattle in the evening... It was a beautiful site near Kalog Village in Himachal Pradesh...A Himachali Lady going towards the fields to ensure that crops near the forest are safe... In Hills, monkeys destroy local crops and every day one person from the villages spend whole day in fields to make sure that monkey gang doesn't go into the fields to destroy the crops...Fifth day was very slow and we had to wait for riders at various places... On fifth day, some children changed the directions on the way and few riders moved to wrong direction... Marshals had to follow them to bring them to right route... So we stopped at that turn to avoid other riders to go in wrong direction...Fifth day was very slow and we had to wait for riders at various places... On fifth day, some children changed the directions on the way and few riders moved to wrong direction... Marshals had to follow them to bring them to right route... So we stopped at that turn to avoid other riders to go in wrong direction...Blue Sky always.... All of us were delighted to see blue sky which was a common thing during these 8 days of MTB Journey in Shimla and Kullu districts of Himachal Pradesh....One of the Photographer appreciating natural beauty of the place during fifth day of MTB Himachal 2010 !!!It was life time experience to explore such places of remote Himachal with passionate riders and create Photographers...
