When you are walking around Castle Square of Warsaw Old Town, there is a very probability that you would encounter a beautiful building like above on one of your sides and this one is called Presidential Palace. Now you must be thinking that how lame that description is, especially when a city has so many beautiful buildings all around. That's true but Presidential Palace of Warsaw is distinctively visible with security people in the front ward. This post talks about Presidential Palace of Poland and what are the main places to explore around this region, along with things to do and pubs to explore. Above photograph shows Carmelite Church. I saw multiple churches around Old Town in Warsaw but didn't have enough time to explore them well by visiting inside. That would be my agenda for next trip to Poland, whenever it would happen. I always love shooting interiors of churches and like the glittering stuff all around, including colorful windows. Memorial church in Stanford University campus comes to my mind when I think about beautiful interiors and I am sure there must be many such churches across the world. We kept walking across the streets and enjoyed some of these beautiful pieces of Architecture. Travellingcamera loved clicking these heritage buildings and at times missed some of the lenses I was not carrying or the tripod. Weather and appropriate lighting conditions made it convenient for travellingcamera to capture these buildings fairly ok. I think the building you see in this blog-post is a hotel, although I am not 100% sure. One can also take a tour inside the Presidential palace of Warsaw but this tour needs to be booked in advance and you need to carry passport with you. Although I am little doubtful as I couldn't find exact details except this one mention on Tripadvisor. Probably I will try this during my next visit to Warsaw and update exact details in this blog-post. Related Post - Vistula River Boulevards - Must visit place when in Krakow city of Poland

One of the best ways to explore Warsaw Old Town and the places around Presidential Palace is by walking. Especially when you enough time and along with that keeping your plans flexible is always helpful. Personally I love this kind of exploration and would like to roam around Europe for months and click these beautiful pieces of Architectures in different countries. Hopefully I will be able to manage enough time to plan few trips of long duration.

Above photograph shows Tyszkiewicz Palace (Palác Tyszkiewiczů). It's close to the main road which passes through Presidential Palace in Warsaw City and these sculptures on the pillars attracted our eyes towards the building. Since all the buildings around this place are huge and beautiful, I didn't realise that it was a palace. My travelingcamera was mainly interested in shooting these faces and later when I searched on internet, I realised that it's a palace and named as Palác Tyszkiewiczů. Here is a close-up shot of these sculptures around main door of Palác Tyszkiewiczů in Warsaw City. And these faces look scary. While compiling this post I was also researching on various aspects of Art & Culture in Warsaw and came across this Pinterest board, which shows some of the beautiful architectures of Warsaw City.

Above photograph shows Monument to Nicolaus Copernicus. I realized that there is interesting history about some of these buildings in Europe and they are very well depicted in Wikipedia as well. I would encourage to read more about Monument to Nicolaus Copernicus there if you are interested in History and in knowing how this building existed & what kind of transformations happened over the years. The names of people mentioned are hard to remember and pronounce but I don't care too much about that :). For next time, probably I will have a guide with me who can engage in a better way through the story-telling skill.

Above photograph shows Church of the Holy Cross. As you keep walking around these lanes of Old Town and where Presidential Palace is located, you would encounter plenty of these beautiful buildings and lot of cafes to enjoy Polish beer or the famous Polish vodka. Since Old Town is pretty close to Presidential Palace, one can also walk towards the water fountains which look awesome during evenings. So whenever in Warsaw, make a plan to go around this area of the town and make best of it while walking. All these places are well connected through public transportation but I would still recommend walking as that exposes to lot of unexpected things. So to explore the unexpected stuff, keep walking and cherish you special moments in Warsaw Town which is Capital of Poland.
