The famous Food Photography Workshop in Delhi by Aditya Arya and Dinesh Khanna at APEX Photo Academy with Food Stylist Sujata Sadr

In the month of May last year (2012), I had attended a Food Photography workshop by Dinesh Khanna & Aditya Arya and it was a great experience for me to learn about Food Photography industry with lots of insights about the way these projects are carried. Last weekend (19th Jan 2013), again similar workshop was conducted with same team at same place. This Photo Journey talks about some of the details about this workshop, although I was not part of recent oneLast time, I had shared a post on workshop I had attended on Food Photography - HERE.These photographs are saying a lot which can't be expressed in words and that's why I thought of posting them here as a great PHOTo JOURNEY. These photographs are then processed in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.  Dinesh shared these photographs on INDIAN LIGHTROOMER group on fb - https://www.facebook.com/groups/319103958158367/Although the unprocessed photograph look stunning, but still Lightroom processing added some value to overall photographUsually this workshop introduce with Food Photography Industry, needs, common practices followed, different types of foods, associated challenges, Lighting aspect, Camera-Lens specifics and other relevant dependencies. During the actual shoot a professional Food Stylist help in setting up things for actual shoot and keep helping in making it better step-by-step. A great way of learning Food Photography as a Food Blogger or Professional Photographer who want to enter into this genre of photography. This workshop provides different types of information - For some people industry insights excite most, for some Lighting practices and for some styling etc.I would like to close this Photo Journey post with a note that whatever I write here are my personal views depending upon my experience with this workshop last year and this time I am super-impressed with the final outcomes plus how Post-processing has made the work more beautiful.
