 Last weekend (8th & 9th December 2012) I went to Delhi Tourism's 2nd International Kite Flying Festival, hoping to catch some nice Kites in flight.But I was pleasantly surprised to see Bhai Mian, the Godfather of Indian Kite Flying, sitting there in his spotless white kurta.
