After some of the popular Photo Journeys from Motrosports, Varun is sharing more Photographs from Uttrakhand. These Photographs ware shot during his recent visit to the Hilly state of Uttrakhand for some official assignments. Here is a haunting Photo Journey of a decent Home Stay Cottage near Mukteshwar...
Here is a Photograph showing complete Bunglow which has been converted into a Guest House Now. The place looks awesome during day time and can be haunted during the night. Of course description of the place goes through mind of an individual, that's why Varun stayed at the place with peace and enjoyed the hospitality.
Here is a view to the Varandah of the house/Bunglow with some chairs aligned along with a table. This Bunglow is near a Hill Station called Mukteshwar, which is in Nainitaal District of Uttrakhand State, India.
There are some Fireplaces inside the house which are still functional. All these things were quite in use during British rule and slowly dies down in most of the hills of Himalayas. There are many beautiful buildings in Himachal and Uttrakhand with Fireplaces but hardly in use. Some of the places seemed to be extremely luxurious.
Overall arrangements were basic but there was a different touch to each and every place, which is probably special about this place in Hills.
There are two Suites in this guest-house - Each with a Bedroom, Living room, Kitchen and washroom. Apart from two suites, there is a single room as well, which has a Gas cylinder in it.
Almora is directly visible from this Bunglow. Almora is a cantonment town in the Almora district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Almora was founded in 1568.. Almora is a town bustling with activity and a rich cultural heritage and history. It is considered the cultural heart of the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. (Courtesy - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/)
