Chittorgarh fort is a huge complex that has various structures. If you are visiting the fort, you should reserve one complete day for it and should preferably have rested properly before the visit. The best way to see all buildings inside the fort properly is on a car. And, yes, do hire a guide. If nothing else, you will enjoy the stories.

Vijay Stambh, built by Rana Kumbha in the fifteenth century to commemorate his victory over the Gujarat and Malwa Muslim rulers.
Kirti Stambh, built by a Jain Merchant. This is now dedicated to Adinatha.
Temples of Meera bai and Lord Krishna. It is said that the legendary worshiper of Lord krishna, stayed here for some time.
